ClubFloyd Transcript:
By the lake by Marius Müller (as Eldridge Murray)
Heading East by Hugo Labrande (as Alex Davies)
Molly and the Butter Thieves by Alice Grove (as Cosmic Hamster)
As played on ifMUD on May 17, 2015 May 17, 2015 May 17, 2015

The idea behind ClubFloyd is that each week at a pre-arranged time, a group of people meet online to cooperatively play a game of interactive fiction.

Below is a transcript of By the lake written by Marius Müller (as Eldridge Murray), Heading East written by Hugo Labrande (as Alex Davies), and Molly and the Butter Thieves written by Alice Grove (as Cosmic Hamster). These games were all part of ShuffleComp: Disc 2. Of the three, Molly and the Butter Thieves was Commended. You can learn more about the games, including how to download them, by visiting the IFDB pages: bythelake2, Heading East, and Molly and the Butter Thieves.

WARNING! Below you will find a transcript of people playing these games, and it goes without saying that the transcript is full of spoilers. So, if you've never played these games, and think you might like to at some point, I do not recommend reading any further. Instead, you might want to return to the interactive fiction page.

Floyd | But even though he's here, lying beside you in the tall grass, you
Floyd | can still feel work in your bone. It's only Tuesday, and your eyes are
Floyd | already dry, your shoulders clenched, and the spot where the headset
Floyd | grabs onto your head has turned into an annoying small red dot. You
Floyd | rub it absent-mindedly and look at him. He seems distracted today,
Floyd | distant somehow.
Floyd | "Thanks for picking me up, honey."
Floyd | He nods and stares up at the full moon.
Floyd | "Are you allright?"
Floyd | He raises his hip awkwardly and rummages around in his pocket. As you
Floyd | watch, a small shiver runs down your arms. It's been a warm June day,
Floyd | and you're still only wearing your t-shirt. He rolls over, his eyes
Floyd | warm and kind, and raises the knife.

Floyd |
Floyd | Oh, no. There's a fairy here, and she's already seen you! You stroll
